We want you to be happy with every purchase from VaultSkins. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
General Information
- VaultSkins (ORIENTALSYSTEMS OÜ, registry code 17511453) sells CS2 skins delivered to your Steam account.
- You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to request a refund in the cases described below.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
Within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund if:
- You received the wrong item — the skin delivered does not match what you ordered (for example, a different skin, wear, or variant).
- A technical issue prevented or broke delivery — for example, the item was not delivered to your Steam account, was delivered incorrectly, or a fault on our side affected your order.
What Is Not Refundable
- Orders that were correctly delivered and match your purchase, simply because you changed your mind.
- Issues caused by an incorrect Steam Trade URL, a Steam account that cannot receive trades, or Steam-side trade holds outside our control. (We’ll still help you complete delivery once the issue is resolved.)
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@vaultskins.store or use our contact form within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps if the wrong item was delivered).
- Our support team will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original credit card / payment method. Once approved, please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process the funds back to your account.
