How quickly will I receive my skin after purchase?
Delivery is typically completed within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation. Our automated system processes orders around the clock, so you'll receive your skin almost instantly. In rare cases during peak hours, delivery may take up to 15 minutes.
If your skin hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your order ID. We will investigate and either complete the delivery or issue a full refund within 24 hours. All deliveries are tracked end-to-end.
We offer a 24-hour return window from time of purchase, provided the skin has not been equipped, traded, or used in any way in your inventory. Initiated returns are processed within 2 business days. See our Return Policy for full terms and conditions.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if delivery has not yet started. Once the skin transfer is initiated, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can still return the skin using the 24-hour return window.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Available payment options are shown at checkout based on your region.
Yes, all prices are displayed in USD by default. At checkout, you can switch to your local currency. Exchange rates are updated every hour based on market rates. You will not be charged hidden conversion fees.
No. We never store raw card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We only receive a transaction token confirming payment success.
Yes. CS2 skins are delivered directly to your Steam inventory via the Steam Trade system. A Steam account with trade enabled is required. Sign in via the Steam button in the header to link your account.
Go to Steam > Settings > Trade Offers and ensure trade offers are enabled. Your account must also have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for at least 7 days, and your profile must not be on a trade hold.
Yes. At checkout you can enter a different Steam Trade URL to send the skin to another account. Both the sender and recipient must meet Steam's trade requirements for the transfer to complete.
Yes. Every float value shown on a listing is verified via the Steam API and guaranteed. The skin you receive will have the exact float value displayed. We never round, approximate, or misrepresent float data.
Float value is a number between 0 and 1 that determines the visual wear of a skin. Lower float = less wear = better appearance. It determines the wear grade: Factory New (0.00–0.07), Minimal Wear (0.07–0.15), Field-Tested (0.15–0.38), Well-Worn (0.38–0.45), Battle-Scarred (0.45–1.00).
Prices are based on real-time CS2 market data, float value, pattern index, and rarity. We update prices continuously to stay competitive with — and often below — the Steam Community Market. Flash sale discounts are applied on top of our already competitive base pricing.
