Welcome to VaultSkins. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vaultskins.store and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

General Information

  • VaultSkins is operated by ORIENTALSYSTEMS OÜ, registry code 17511453, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152, Estonia.
  • VaultSkins is an online store for buying premium CS2 skins. It is a purchase-only shop — you can buy skins from us, but you cannot sell skins to us.

Account & Steam Login

  1. You sign in to VaultSkins using your Steam account. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account and Trade URL secure and accurate.
  2. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country, and you agree to provide accurate information.
  3. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

Products & Categories

We offer a curated catalogue of CS2 skins across the following categories:

  • Knives
  • Gloves
  • Sniper Rifles
  • Rifles
  • Machineguns
  • Pistols
  • SMGs

Each item is listed with its relevant attributes (such as wear/float and rarity). Availability is limited to current stock.

Orders & Delivery

  1. When you place an order and your payment is confirmed, we deliver the purchased skin(s) to your Steam account via a Steam trade.
  2. Delivery is typically fast, but timing can depend on Steam’s systems and trade restrictions on your account (for example, Steam Guard holds).
  3. Please make sure your Steam Trade URL is correct and your account is able to receive trades — delivery depends on this.

Payments & Security

Payments are made by credit card through a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. We never see or store your full card details.

Pricing & Availability

We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If an item’s price or availability is shown incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users’ accounts.

Intellectual Property

Counter-Strike 2 and all related trademarks and skin designs are the property of Valve Corporation. VaultSkins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Liability & Changes

The site and our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these Terms from time to time, with the latest version always shown here. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.
